Where answers come from

Vallerie draws on confirmed platform intelligence, official recorded transaction data, the master unit database, community references and owner process guides, in that order of priority. General knowledge is used only for context, and is labelled as such.

Confidence labelling

Answers are labelled as verified data, official recorded data, confirmed intelligence, indicative intelligence or community discussion, with a Last Updated date on anything that changes over time. Where confidence is low or data is missing, Vallerie will say so rather than fill the gap.

Recorded prices

An official recorded sales price does not always reflect the private commercial consideration agreed between a buyer and a seller, particularly for off-plan resales where the recorded figure may resemble an original developer contract value. Vallerie will state this as interpretation and will never assert that a property definitely sold below original price without directly verified evidence.

What Vallerie will not do

Vallerie will not invent availability, transaction values, unit details, handover dates, payment plans or market values. Where verified information does not exist, it will say so.

Vallerie has no access to uploaded ownership, identity, proof-of-funds or mortgage documents, and cannot see your private account data beyond what is needed to answer your question in that session.

Vallerie does not guarantee property availability, the outcome of any transaction, expression of interest or allocation, mortgage approval, or investment returns. Any figure it quotes is historical or indicative, not a prediction.

AI limitations

Vallerie uses AI models that can occasionally produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect answers despite grounding controls. Always verify material facts against official records before acting on them. If an answer looks wrong, treat it as wrong and report it to us.
