About The Valley Digital

The Valley Digital ("TVD", "the platform") is an independent property intelligence, ownership and community platform focused on The Valley community in Dubai.

TVD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Emaar Properties or any of its subsidiaries. Community, project and developer names are used for identification purposes only. Nothing on this platform is an official communication from the developer.

Nature of the information provided

Property records, community information, recorded transaction data and market intelligence are provided for general information only. They do not constitute a valuation, an appraisal, an offer, a solicitation, or financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Recorded transaction figures reflect officially recorded data and may not reflect the full private commercial consideration agreed between parties, particularly for off-plan resales. Interpretations are labelled as such and confidence levels are shown where data quality varies.

We do not guarantee the availability of any property, the outcome of any transaction, expression of interest, allocation, mortgage approval, or any investment return. Figures shown for price, yield or appreciation are historical or indicative and are not a promise of future performance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform or breach these terms.

Verification

Certain features are available only to users whose ownership, buyer position or funding has been verified. You may only submit documents for a property you own or are authorised to represent, and documents must be genuine and unaltered.

Verification statuses are granted at our discretion based on the evidence provided, may be withdrawn where information proves inaccurate, and do not constitute legal confirmation of title or financial standing. Submitting false or misleading documents may result in account closure and may be reported where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, resell or republish platform data or content; impersonate another person; upload false or misleading documents; advertise brokerage or other commercial services through community features without our written permission; attempt to circumvent access controls or verification; or use the platform in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

User-generated content (for example, future Bulletin contributions) must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, remove or decline content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The platform's design, text, branding and compiled data are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to use it to operate the platform.

Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics and communications. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Liability

The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for decisions made in reliance on platform information, for loss of profits or investment outcomes, and for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Final liability wording will be confirmed by counsel.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the platform develops, and material changes will be notified through the platform. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
